About NextAgora

NextAgora is a project led by Jonathan Imme. It is not yet a registered company or any other legal entity. Contracts with founding partners are concluded with Jonathan Imme personally. When that changes, this page will name the legal entity and give its register details.

How we use AI

We build AI products, and we use AI on this site too:

• Illustrations, including the animated agora on the homepage, are drawn with AI image tools (Recraft and Google Gemini) and then edited and animated by us.
• The explainer film uses a synthetic narrator voice and AI-generated music.
• The research console on the homepage is an illustrative run, not live output.

Some of our text is drafted with AI help. A person reviews everything before it’s published. If you spot a mistake, please tell us and we’ll fix it.

Liability for content

We write this site’s content carefully, but we can’t guarantee it’s accurate, complete or up to date. As a service provider we’re responsible for our own content under the general laws (§ 7 (1) DDG). We’re not obliged to monitor third-party information that we pass on or store, or to look for signs of illegal activity (§§ 8–10 DDG). Once we learn of a specific legal violation, we’ll remove the content straight away.

Links to other websites

We link to other sites, including the platforms we run for our partners. We don’t control what’s on third-party sites, and their operators are responsible for them. We checked each link for obvious legal problems when we added it. If we learn that a linked page breaks the law, we’ll remove the link.
